Someone in my neighbourhood gets stuff delivered by UPS daily, or at least the truck drives by every day. I frequently get tricked into thinking it’s something cool and old because of the lightly muffled (I think) in-line 6

The UPS vans I see here in the Bay Area are all very modern. Nothing about their sound would suggest anything cool to me.

Ugly: I’m sure. I’ll be surprised if you are in actual full time school very much or at all. Common sense seems to be prevailing and when it does not prevail, a positive COVID result the first day or the first week of school putting entire classrooms on quarantine for two weeks makes districts think that Zoom school might have been the more sensible arrangement. In my district, Zoom school for Fall was the plan since before school let out. So we are prepared. I
